2nd Day: Jericho, Qumran, Dead Sea
To Jericho by way of Bethany, home of Mary, Martha and Lazarus, and the Inn of the Good Samaritan. Visit the site of Old Jericho, the most ancient city in the world, the Caves of Qumran, where the famous Dead Sea Scrolls were Found, Ein Gedi Oasis on the western shore of the Dead Sea and St. George’s Monastery in Wadi Kelt. Return to our hotel in Jerusalem for Dinner and overnight.

3rd Day Bethlehem, Mount Zion, New City of Jerusalem
From Jerusalem via Mar Elias Monastery to Bethlehem, Rachel’s Tomb on the way to the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem. Proceed to Mount Zion and visit King David’s Tomb, the Dormition Abbey and the last Supper room. At the Israel Museum see the Dead Sea Scrolls. Go to Bible lands Museum, visit the Knesset ( Israel’s Parliament) and the beautiful Greek Orthodox Monastery of the Cross. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

4th Day: Jerusalem
Visit David’s Citadel, the Geek Orthodox Patriarchate Museum, the Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall and the Temple area. See the Scale model of Jerusalem Jesus at the Visit the lovely village of Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist and the Church of the Visitation. Go up the hill to the Chagall Windows at the Hadassah Hospital. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
5th Day: Jerusalem – Haifa
From Jerusalem via the Plain of Sharon to lod to visit St. George’s Church, Tel Aviv- Jaffa, the port of Jaffa from which the prophet Jonah embarked. Visit the Museum of the Diaspora, then on to Caesarea- capital of Herod the Great, and on Haifa and Mount Carmel. Visit the Shrines and sites associated with the Prophet Eliijah, Acre (Akko) the ancient port, and historical monuments from various periods. Dinner and over night in Haifa.
6th Day: Haifa- Nazareth – Tiberias
From Haifa to Mount Tabor and the Church of the Transfiguration. Then to Nazareth, the Basilica and the ancient Grotto of the Annunciation, St Gabriel’s Church, Mary’s Well (Virgin’s Fountain), Church of the Holy Family. Then Kafr Kanna, site of the Marriage Feast and the First Miracle. On the way to Tiberias visit the religious Kibbutz Lavi. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.
7th Day: Sunrise on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, visit Tabgha, Mount of the Beatitudes, Capernaum, and then on to the Banyas, source of the Jordan River and on to the Golan Heights. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.
8th Day: Tiberias – Jerusalem
Visit Yardenit Baptismal site in the Jordan River, and Beit Shean, one of the oldest cities in Israel. Travel via the Jordan Valley and up to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.
